Giveaway rules“Win €100 with Beskapad”

Article 1 — Organiser

This giveaway is organised by KANELEON SAS, whose registered office is located at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, hereinafter the “Organiser”.

Article 2 — Dates

The giveaway runs from 20 June 2026 to 27 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (Paris time). The prize draw will take place on Saturday 27 June 2026.

Article 3 — Free entry

Entry is entirely free and no purchase is necessary. No expense is required to take part or to receive the prize.

Article 4 — Entry conditions

The giveaway is open to any natural person of legal age. One entry per person. The Organiser and anyone who took part in organising the giveaway are excluded. To enter, the participant must, on Instagram:

• follow the @beskapad account;
• like the giveaway post;
• comment on the post, attaching a screenshot of a trip generated on beskapad.com;
• repost the giveaway post.

Any incomplete, fraudulent or late entry will be considered void.

Article 5 — Selection of the winner

One (1) winner will be selected by random prize draw from among the participants who met all the conditions of Article 4. The draw will be carried out using a random draw tool and filmed in a story to ensure transparency. All valid participants have an equal chance of winning.

Article 6 — Prize

The prize is a sum of one hundred euros (€100), paid to the winner via PayPal. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or replaced by any other prize.

Article 7 — Awarding the prize

The winner will be contacted solely by private message on Instagram. They must provide the information required for payment within 72 hours. Without a reply within this period, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize, and a reserve winner, selected in the same draw, will be contacted.

Article 8 — Personal data (GDPR)

The data collected (participants' Instagram handle; the winner's name and PayPal details) is used solely to manage the giveaway and award the prize. It is neither sold, transferred nor used for commercial purposes, and will be deleted within three (3) months after the end of the giveaway. Each participant has a right of access, rectification and erasure to be exercised with contact@kaneleon.com.

Article 9 — Fraud

The use of bots, fake accounts or any automated process is prohibited and results in immediate disqualification. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant suspected of fraud.

Article 10 — Liability

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram. Participants acknowledge that Instagram cannot be held liable in connection with this giveaway. The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances so require, without any liability on its part.

Article 11 — Applicable law

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Article 12 — Acceptance

Participation in the giveaway implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
